Focus: Optimizing robotic toolpaths, ensuring mechanical precision on-site, and integrating sensor feedback loops to guarantee structural consistency in every print.
The Role: You design the "unbuildable." Using advanced algorithmic modeling, you will create organic, biophilic structures that maximize the unique capabilities of 3D concrete printing.
Focus: Developing complex geometries, translating vision into printable G-code, and balancing aesthetic luxury with structural feasibility.
The Role: You are the chemist behind the concrete. You will develop and test proprietary, high-performance eco-concrete mixes that provide the perfect balance of flowability and rapid setting.
Focus: Enhancing material sustainability, testing compressive strength, and innovating carbon-capturing additives for tropical climates.

The Role: You build the brain of the operation. You will develop the software tools that translate architectural intent into robotic motion, as well as digital twins for real-time print monitoring.
